During the period of the “Medium-Term Business Plan 2028” on May 12, 2026, Hanwa has raised the lower limit of the 데일리 벳 on equity ratio (DOE) which was adopted in the "Medium-Term Management Plan 2025," from 2.5% to 3.5% and newly set a total payout ratio target of approximately 40%. Under these policies, the Company will enhance shareholder returns through both 데일리 벳s and the acquisition of treasury shares.

Our basic 데일리 벳 is to pay interim and year-end dividends in each fiscal year. The board of directors determines the interim dividend, while the year-end dividend requires the approval of shareholders.
